Strongly recommend for a quick layover

Welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, offering a wide selection of local and Western dishes, made our stay enjoyable. the complementary amenities like free Wi-Fi in rooms and convenient 24-hour reception ensured a hassle-free visit, being located just 30 km from the nearest airport added to the convenience.

Nothing to dislike

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic location in the Old Quarter. The spacious Deluxe Family Room allowed us to enjoy a cozy escape with clean, well-decorated interiors. The standout features were the two bathrooms, which were a huge plus for a family. Huge windows offered a lovely view. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of both local and Western dishes. Staff, especially Kim at the front desk, made our stay exceptional with helpful recommendations for local food and tours. On the downside, the family room felt a bit cramped for five of us. Limited luggage space forced us to live out of our suitcases. Some evenings, the rooftop bar was quieter than expected, but it provided a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy the view. Despite this, the hotel's overall charm and amenities made it a wonderful choice for our stay.

The hotel is stylish, offering a serene atmosphere despite being on a busy street.

Additionally, the air conditioning broke on one particularly hot night, leaving us uncomfortable for a few hours. Although the staff tried their best to assist, the restaurant closing earlier than expected limited our dining options after a long day of exploring.

My stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa was delightful. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, often greeting us with smiles. The breakfast was a standout, offering a wide variety of delicious local and western dishes each morning.

Couple getaway that delivers

The room is so clean, bed was really comfy, and the staff were super kind and helpful. We had our anniversary trip and they decorated the room which was a nice surprise.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable.

Spacious family suite, friendly staff like Ms. Kim. View wasn't great.

The rooftop bar was a highlight with its stunning views and vibrant atmosphere, perfect for our family gathering of 20! We loved the variety at breakfast, which included delicious local specialties, keeping everyone happy during our stay.

My kids wished for more entertainment options on site.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with some of the best bacon and French toast I've ever had! I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and getting a full body massage at the spa, which really added to my experience. Just a heads up, the shower grout could use a little touch-up, but it didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay! 😊

The upgraded room had stunning decor, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast included delightful local dishes, setting a warm start to the day. Staff were exceptionally accommodating, addressing all our needs. Don’t miss the rooftop bar in the evening for breathtaking views of the city!
